Becky Hammon is one of the premier guards in the world. She has so much versatility, and can score by hitting a 3-pointer, driving into the lane or pulling up for a mid-range jumper. 2002 : Becky finished the 2002 season ranked among the WNBA’s best in four statistical categories, including 3-point field goals made (8th), 3-point field goals attempted (14th), 3-point field-goal percentage (17th) and 3-point field goals per 40 minutes (7th). Becky averaged 9.9 points per game in the 2002 WNBA Playoffs and shot 42.4 percent from the 3-point line as she helped New York advance to the WNBA Championship Finals.
2001-02 : Becky played end of the season for Rovereto in Italy’s A1 Division.
Teamed up with Allan Houston of the Knicks for the Sony 2Ball Competition at the 2000 NBA All-Star Game
