I am a coach with unique, international experience gained both on the court and on the bench. As a multiple representative of Poland, I participated in the World Championships and the European Championships. As a player, I represented clubs at the highest level in Poland, Sweden, Spain, Denmark and France. I shaped my approach as a head coach of top-league teams and during four years of work as an assistant coach at Orlen Wisła Płock, where together with Xavi Sabate I won trophies and competed in the Champions League. What sets me apart is my passion for detailed tactical analysis, excellent relationship-building within a team, and the ability to translate elite playing experience into effective coaching practice.
